AI Developer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Developer with strong backend experience to join our innovative team. As an AI / Backend Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing machine learning models, natural language processing systems, and other AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Backend Development: Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs. Support integration of various cloud based services.
• Model Development: Leverage open-source AI model to set up proprietary hosted AI service
• Data Management: Collect, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to train and validate AI models, ensuring data quality and integrity.
• Algorithm Implementation: Develop and implement algorithms that address business needs, leveraging state-of-the-art techniques in deep learning, reinforcement learning, and other AI methodologies.
• Integration: Collaborate with software engineers to integrate AI models into existing applications and systems, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Testing & Validation: Conduct thorough testing and validation of AI models, using both simulation environments and real-world data to ensure robustness and accuracy.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI technologies and frameworks, and continuously improve models and processes to maintain a competitive edge.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data science, product management, and engineering, to understand business needs and deliver AI solutions that meet those needs.

Qualifications:

• Experience:
  • 2+ years of experience in building and maintaining API endpoints
  • 2+ years of experience in AI/ML development.
  • Proven experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries
  • Strong background in programming languages such as Python, C#, or Java.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) for AI model deployment.
• Skills:
  • Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms and principles.
  • Proficiency in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work on complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
