What You Will Do:

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Alliances Marketing to join their growing Product Marketing team. The Director of Alliances Marketing will be responsible for creating, managing, and executing marketing strategies, enablement materials, and go-to-market initiatives for our client’s diverse partner ecosystem which includes technology integration partners, channel partners, and global system integrators. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cybersecurity and a strong history and track record of scaling global partnerships, achieving revenue, customer acquisition, margin, and return on marketing investment goals.



  • Develop and execute comprehensive partner marketing strategies to drive awareness, demand, and pipeline growth for the company and its partners.
  • Be able to present and sell our client’s vision to senior-level partner teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and channel management, to develop targeted messaging, positioning, and value propositions for our client’s partners.
  • Develop and manage co-marketing programs with partners, including joint webinars, events, and content.
  • Create a wide range of marketing collateral, including white papers, presentations, web content, as well as sales enablement materials that effectively communicate the differentiated value of our client’s solutions to partners.
  • Identify and flag opportunities for joint PR, digital/social media, and case studies to impact the image and market development for our client through partner relationships.
  • Continuously monitor partner marketing performance, using data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Keep current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and partner requirements to ensure our client’s marketing efforts remain relevant and effective.


What You Bring to Our Client:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in partner marketing and/or sales, preferably in the B2B cybersecurity or technology industry.
  • Demonstrated success in creating and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on content creation and sales enablement.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, consult with others, develop relationships quickly, both internally and externally, facilitate group discussions, and make presentations.
  • Excellent judgment and strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze and understand the impact of relevant options.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Experience working with technology integration partners, channel partners, and global system integrators.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
