Position Summary:

Our client is seeking a Product Manager to join its Cloud One team in Ottawa, Canada and shape the future of security products to protect hybrid-cloud infrastructures. Cloud One, a security services platform for cloud builders, delivers the broadest and deepest cloud security offering in one solution, enabling you to secure your cloud infrastructure across datacenters, AWS, Azure, GCP and more platforms with clarity and simplicity.

As a product manager, here are your key responsibilities:

  • Understand customers’ problems and identify product and feature gaps.

  • Prioritize feature development by market research studies, customer engagement and analytics data.

  • Partner with threat research team to gain insight of emerging threat landscape and factor them into the product direction.

  • Work closely with engineering team and marketing team to build and deliver the new features and measure the outcome quantitively.

  • Collaborate with sales and support team to collect feedback to guide the future iteration.

  • Demonstrated high degree of organization.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Understanding of agile product management best practices.

  • Fundamental understanding of technical engineering concepts.

  • Direct experience in managing product from initial concept to market release.

  • Ability to ‘think outside of the box’ and bring fresh ideas and strategies to an established working system.

  • Nice to have:

    • Experience in marketing, customer success, or customer support.

    • Experience or demonstrated knowledge of AWS, Azure, and or GCP.

    • Cloud security and governance experience.
