Product Manager (Ottawa/Toronto/Remote)
Our client is Canada’s leading online and in-person notarization platform. They provide digital document commissioning and identity verification services to consumers and businesses across Canada.
Their platform supports thousands of notarizations each month and powers integrations with partners across industries including legal, construction, insurance, and financial services.
The client is currently expanding their platform capabilities, including AI-assisted document creation, enterprise integration, and international expansion.
We are searching for a Product Manager to help drive execution across the platform. This role will focus on translating business priorities into clear product requirements and ensuring our engineering team can build and ship efficiently.
Product strategy and company direction is led by executive leadership. This role is responsible for product execution, delivery coordination, and roadmap management.
This is a hands-on execution role focused on product delivery.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a founder-led product environment where priorities are closely tied to business growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
4–7 years of Product Management experience
Strong experience writing product requirements and managing backlogs
To translate business initiatives into clear product requirements
Write product specifications and acceptance criteria
Break initiatives into actionable development tasks
Maintain and prioritize the product backlog
Conversational AI, agentic systems, and software patterns enabled by AI
Support roadmap planning and sprint cycles
Ensure engineering teams have clear priorities
Engineering Coordination
Act as a liaison between leadership and engineering
Clarify requirements and resolve product questions
Ensure features are delivered as specified
Coordinate product releases and internal communication
Validate features before launch
Gather user feedback and identify product improvements
Monitor feature performance and adoption
