Our client is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Bankruptcy/ Civil Litigation Law Clerk join their dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting transactions and maintaining records for a diverse client base. This position requires a detail-oriented and organized professional with a strong background in personal Bankruptcy and Civil Litigation, excellent drafting skills, and a thorough understanding of relevant statutes and regulatory requirements

Responsibilities

• Experienced and highly organized Legal Assistant to provide direct support to two lawyers within their clients Litigation Department:
• Focused on Bankruptcy/ Civil Litigation Law.
• Managing legal and administrative tasks across both areas of practice.
• Ensuring seamless and efficient file handling, high-quality documentation, and top-tier client service.
• Proven experience supporting both Bankruptcy and Civil Litigation files and a thorough understanding of the Rules of Civil Procedure.
