You can often find her helping young athletes or on the international stage officiating World class events.

With over 15 years of experience in competitive athletics, Aidan brings a strong work ethic, goal-oriented mindset, and a proven track record of achieving results. His academic focus in computer science and software applications equips him with a solid technical foundation, which is invaluable in understanding the complexities of the Marler Search Group and effectively sourcing top technical talent for our clients. Aidan's passion and drive have earned him numerous academic and athletic accolades, underscoring his commitment to excellence in all endeavors.
