Key Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience at a leading law firm, with a proven ability to deliver timely, practical, and business-focused legal solutions.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively under the guidance of senior lawyers in a dynamic team environment.
- Experience in commercial contracts, data privacy, technology law, or corporate law.
- Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach, with a commitment to providing responsive, cost-effective legal services.
- Member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
- Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.
- Bilingualism and/or an existing book of business are strong assets, though not required.
