Want to make a real difference? We are looking for a skilled and driven Senior Manual QA to join our new Lightning team. Lightning is a cutting-edge SaaS solution built to equip first responders and law enforcement with a robust, integrated set of capabilities across multiple components. Responsibilities
- Design and develop detailed test procedures and cases to spot software weaknesses, ensuring Lightning performs when it counts.
- Run hands-on testing to evaluate functionality and integration, documenting results with accuracy.
- Collaborate with the team to guide and determine the optimal timing for deploying the next version with new features to QA environments.
- Oversee the product test environment, ensuring every component is thoroughly tested and ready, meeting high security standards.
- Anticipate risks and deliver solutions that keep Lightning reliable and ready for action.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
- 5+ years of experience in software testing, with a knack for finding what others overlook.
- Solid expertise in manual testing methodologies and best practices, ideally in an Agile setting.
- Proven ability to lead testing efforts with confidence and precision.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate and document effectively.
- A proactive thinker who spots issues early and turns them into opportunities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $80,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
